Guest Relations

Concierge Services for Patients and Their Families

At Temple University Hospital, our friendly and capable Guest Relations representatives are available Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, to fulfill the non-clinical needs of our patients and their families. You can stop by our Guest Relations desk at your convenience, located in the Broad Street Lobby, or look for a representative during our twice-daily patient room rounds. We are happy to offer a range of services – from business to personal to travel – to meet your needs during your stay.

The services listed are provided to you at no cost beyond the price of goods or services ordered.

How to Get Around

  1. Find out the room number of your destination.
  2. Follow the overhead directional signs to the Zone and Zone Elevators.
  3. Take the elevator to the destination Floor.
  4. Follow the directional signs to the room number.

Common Destinations

PURPLE – Rock Pavilion (Zone A): Admissions, Cashier Office, Emergency Room, and Inpatient Rooms
BLUE – Outpatient Building (Zone B): Abdominal Organ Transplant, Anesthesia, Blood Draw Lab/Outpatient Registration, Cardiovascular Testing, Hepatology, Nephrology, OB/Gynecology, Orthopaedics Clinic, Outpatient Pharmacy, Radiology, and Rheumatology
GREEN – Parkinson Pavilion (Zone C): Bariatric Surgery, Infectious Disease, Ophthalmology, and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
ORANGE – Ambulatory Care Center (Zone D): Hospital outpatient testing as well as the Cancer Center, Digestive Disease Center, Infectious Disease Clinic, and Lung Center
YELLOW – Boyer Pavilion (Zone E): The Boyer Pavilion, located at the northeast corner of Broad and Tioga Streets holds inpatient rooms as well as outpatient offices for Breast Surgery, Heart & Vascular Insititute, General Surgery,  Limb Salvage Center, Neurology, Neurophysiology, Neurosurgery, Orthopaedics, Otolaryngology, Physical Therapy, Spine, Thoracic Surgery, Trauma Surgery, and Urology
